Protocol for Reactive & Fragile Skin

Fragile and reactive skin is a type of skin that is particularly sensitive to external aggressions. Tightness, redness, tingling, and burning sensations are all signs of a skin imbalance and a weakened protective barrier.

Unlike so-called “sensitive” skin, reactive skin tends to overreact to often harmless factors such as temperature changes, stress, pollution, friction, hard water, or certain cosmetic ingredients. It tolerates very little and can become irritated easily, sometimes without any obvious reason.

This type of skin requires special attention: gentleness, protection, and hydration are the key priorities. Skincare products must be chosen carefully. Light, soothing textures and formulas with calming and repairing properties are preferred.

It is also essential to adopt a simple and consistent routine. The less the skin is overwhelmed, the less likely it is to react. A gentle cleanser, a suitable moisturizing cream, and nourishing serums or oils are often enough to restore comfort and tolerance.

Learning to listen to your skin means giving it what it truly needs. And over time, even the most fragile skin can regain balance, calm, and radiance.
